Shipping policy

Get Your Cigars does not ship to addresses in Utah or Hawaii. We comply with California Senate Bill 39.

PLEASE NOTE: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Weather delays, mechanical delays, fraud verification, age verification, and other issues are beyond our control and could potentially delay orders. For more information, check the UPS website.

All orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.*

USPS Ground: At checkout, you will be offered shipping options based on the weight of the items in your cart.

All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. If you receive any item that is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. The outer packaging must be saved for UPS verification. Without this, we cannot guarantee that UPS will reimburse us for damages. We will reship items as soon as possible and handle the claim with UPS on your behalf.

Orders are processed during business hours and shipped the next business day unless placed on a Friday; in that case, your order will ship the following Tuesday, as our shipping department is closed on Saturdays through Mondays. This includes holidays. *See the UPS transit map for an approximate package arrival date.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to the Get Your Cigars warehouse, and all return freight charges will be passed on to the customer.

Can I Change My Online Order?

Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed online. However, Get Your Cigars may be able to modify or cancel the order if contacted before it has been packaged for shipping. Please contact us immediately via email or phone.

Sales Tax Information

Sales tax will be charged for shipments within your state, and it may be collected depending on the tax laws where your products are being shipped. Get Your Cigars does not charge sales tax independently; it is collected on behalf of your state.

We accept the following credit card options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Card Policies

We process Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders, verifying the billing address and zip code. If there is a mismatch, we will attempt to confirm the correct address via email or phone. If we do not receive a timely response, we reserve the right to cancel the order as a protection for both Get Your Cigars and credit card holders.
